The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day.
The poster sessions shall be conducted on 23rd and 24th November 2024 during 13.00-15.00 h, when evaluators shall visit the posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance and this would be based on subject areas. No request for change of session for a poster shall be entertained as these are assigned based on subject areas and juries are different for different subject areas.
Each participant must present an oral (Rapid presentation of 3 mins) as well as the poster for the same abstract, both of which will be evaluated to select the Best Paper Award winners.
